Your definitive source for creating sites that work for you not against you

Before we tell you what we are, let us tell you what we aren't. This is not an HTML or JavaScript tutorial. To be on this page you should already have a working knowledge of HTML, graphic creation, and you probably should have a homepage or an interest in making one.
Sites That Work?
Nearly anyone can create a homepage and there are numerous 'How to Guides', and yet none of them tell you what you really want to know. This is the guide for people who already know HTML and who probably already have a page online. The creators of this page hope to teach you how to make your page get more hits and make those who browse it happy to show you went the extra mile to make it load faster.

We hope to show you the hidden secrets of making your page load incredibly fast and still look good. We intend to show you how to make the illusion of frames with creative use of tables and multicolored wrapping backgrounds. We propose to teach you when to use JavaScript and when not to use Java. The entire premise of this page is to help you help other people. And by helping people to sites that are easy to browse, well laid out, creatively constructed, and an informative as well as pleasing to the eye we will know that we have succeeded.
