Obviously a Barbarian set, Berserker's Arsenal does a decent job of being a good set. The extremely low CLEV requirement of 3 is very nice, especially when the armor adds +1 to all Barbarian skills. Look around, you won't find anything lower. It adds absolutely nothing to the base stats - strength, dex, etc... - but the 30% bonus to attack rating is nice when you don't really want to waste too many points in Dex. The armor's defense of 92 should last you through at least ActII, but you may want to keep it around even longer with the +1 to skills.
The complete set attributes do not outweight the basic need for damage from a weapon or defense from a helm, but you can make that up with some exceptional shields or another one-handed weapon and get good use out of the poison damage.
All in all, a mediocre set, but the low Clev requirements do make it useful for any beginning Barbarian.
